Team Award at Age Group Champs

This is a special congratulations for the SMAC Swim Team in winning the Small Team Boys, Small Team Girls, and Small Team Overall titles at the 2008 Short Course Age Group Championships this past weekend. The SMAC girls finished with 309 points which was the highest out of all teams in the small team classification. This also placed SMAC girls 9th overall in the state. The SMAC boys finished with 129 points to also capture the boys team title in the small team classification. SMAC finished with 438 points overall, which nearly doubled the point total of the next highest team in the small team classification, and put SMAC 14th in the state. As a point of comparison, we finished with 105 points last year at this same meet.
